Rose Syrup - 5g ---------------------------------------------------------------- ▶Procedure 1. Bloom gelatin in water and let it sit. 2. Add KEN Nata 35% in a pot and start to heat it with medium heat. 3. Add in sugar and rose syrup. 4. Gently stir until sugar completely dissolved. 5. Heat the mixture until bubbles form at edges then turn off the heat. 6. Add in gelatin and stir until dissolved. 7. Sieve the mixture with a fine-mesh strainer. 8. Pour mixture into serving dishes. 9. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze in the refrigerator overnight. 10.
