Crumbled up some extra Oreos, this sweet, sticky Oreo Mochi may just be our new favorite way. We love it, what about you?

▶ Ingredients
1. Glutinous Rice Flour (Cooked)
- Glutinous Rice Flour 50g
2. Mochi Base
A1 - Glutinous Rice Flour 50gm
A1 - Corn Flour 15gm
A1 - Super Fine Sugar 25gm
A1 - Full Cream Milk 85gm
A2 - Butter 10gm
A3 - Glutinous Rice Flour 50gm
3. Oreo Cream (Filling)
Rich's Gold Label Topping 250gm
Oreo Crumbs 150gm
4. Makeup
Mochi Dough (Small) 4nos
Oreo Cream (Filling) 120gm

▶Procedure
1. Whip Gold Label until soft peak then add in Orea crumbs and mix well
2. Pan-fried Glutinous Rice Flour until cooked, then set aside before needed
3. Add Glutinous Rice Flour, Corn Flour, Super Fine Sugar, Full Cream Milk in a mixing bowl and mix well
4. Cover with plastic wrap and make some hole on the cover then steam 20-25mins
5. Add butter into the dough and mix until the butter completely melts
6. Put some cooked glutinous rice flour on kneading board
7. Take some mochi dough and cut into a small dough then roll the dough with a rolling pin
8. Put some Oreo cream and roll it into a ball shape and serve
